Parents of 3 to 18 Year Olds with NF1 Needed!
Are you the parent/caregiver of a child with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) between the ages of 3-18 years? The MIND group at the University of Minnesota want to hear from you!
Researchers at the University of Minnesota, with funding from NF Midwest and NF Upper Midwest, are working to develop therapeutic programs to support the unique social-emotional, behavioral, and learning needs of children with NF1. They want to learn about areas of concern that you have for your child and what types of programs you might be interested in participating in to address those concerns.
If you’re willing, please use the link below to provide your answers to a short (5 minute) survey about your child’s social, emotional, behavioral and academic needs. You have the option to answer the survey anonymously, or if you want to provide your contact information to learn about further development of the programs that is also possible!
The information you provide will be help inform the development of programs that could benefit children and families like yours.
