The end of the year is a vital month for nonprofits. In this season of giving nonprofits raise a good portion of what is needed to keep their missions going. It’s a time when NF Midwest usually raises approximately 25% of needed revenue.

For several years now the season has kicked off with Giving Tuesday which will be on Tuesday, December 1st this year.

We know times are very hard for many people and NF Midwest is understandably down 30% in revenue. However, we have yet to reduce programs and we are hopeful that we won’t need to because of the generosity of those who have been able to help.

We know it’s hard to ask for donations, especially now. All we ask this season is that you ask people to give IF THEY HAVE THE MEANS and to ask for A SIMPLE DONATION OF $5. If you’re unable to donate, or our uncomfortable asking for donations, please share this email or any posts your see from us this season to help us get in front of more people.

Use email, social media, regular mail etc to direct people to our the donation page on our website at www.nfmidwest.org/donate or to our Facebook fundraiser here.
Or ask people to text “giveme5” to 44321.
Create and promote your own fundraising page on Facebook at www.facebook.com/fund/NFMidwest. This is a great way to get started on fundraising for our walks or just in general. Even if you don’t walk you are still able to join in the fun.
